Berries 15/30

I decided to do some more practice with Photoshop.

I did some basic adjustments with hues/saturation and Exposure.  I inverted it so to only concentrate on 2 of the berries.  Then I used selective sharpen.

I reviewed 2 videos, 1st  Terry White from Adobe Creative Cloud TV “How to get started with Photoshop”  and the 2nd one by Brent Hall from Light Benders Visuals “Selective Sharpening in Photoshop CC”.

So how did I do?

The changes are subtle just enough (in my opinion) to make the berries stand out.

Before and After

As some of you may know I have recently began using Photoshop cc 2015, there is so much to learn and practice, I am not sure where to really start.  I also have Lightroom, Bridge and of course Camera Raw on my computer and Photoshop Express, Lighroom and Creative Cloud on my tablet and cell.

Working in Raw seems like you are creating more work for yourself.  I understand why it’s used so I am learning that too.  I never really took raw photos before but I am starting.

50 years young and still learning!  Glad my mind is still intact and capable of learning, hope the eyes stay sharp (with my glasses).

If any of you have suggestions on things I can do to a picture to improve it just let me know.  I am a person that learns well with direction.  I feel like I am all over the place with no clear focus.
