Room #211
In a couple of my recent post I showed some images of my new tenants like Sir Quenti U. Irrel, Esq (affectionately named by Brian) and Theodore Oliver Alexander Donovan, III. I now have 2 new tenants and one has already been evicted. See if you can tell who was quickly evicted?
My mailbox broke some time ago and I still have not fixed it. A new mailbox was purchased but due to work schedules, life and where it falls on my list of things to do, it hasn’t been replaced yet. So given this time a little birdie must have been staking it out and decided to make a home for her coming little ones.
When I finally catch her I will post her name, and collect some rent…LOL
Now this squatter has been evicted. Mr. Wallace Antonio Sebastian Peterson aka Wasp. I do not like these critters. They are territorial and inflict pain when they are threatened. Plus I am allergic to the sting. He had to go. I just hope he does not take me to court since I did not give adequate notice.

No Vacancy
I recently had some trees cut down and to my surprise there was a nice size hole in my roof. This area has been covered by a tree since I moved into this house 2 years ago.
I notice that I have tenants squatting there that I did not know I had. Now the new issue is how to get them out without spending a bunch of money.
Now that the house is officially and legally mine I and begin some of the long over due repairs and upgrades to the property and house. I have a long ‘Honey do” list but no “Honey’ at this time.

He’d Rather Be….
My grandson, Arai, has been a bit under the weather the last couple of days with a cold and asthma acting up again. Instead of him resting like his mother said, he’d rather be out in the snow with me taking pictures. He did not care that he had his pajama shorts on and his shoes on the wrong feet he was determined that he was going out.
I had to convince him that if he was better tomorrow we will go out and play in the snow.
We are experiencing a winter wonderland. The new says that it could be as much as 12 inches.

A Meeting At the Watering Hole
At my mother’s house she has a bird bath and everyday the bird bath is full of bees.
There is nothing pedestrian about this scene. The bees move in such an excited frenzy.

Happiness is not ready-made, it comes from your own actions.

I met this little boy today his name is Malik. He was a little shy with me at first so I decided to break the ice with my new bubble machine. What kid or adult does not like bubbles? Needless to say it worked, he was no longer shy with me and had a blast chasing down the bubbles.
