The Underrated Duty

I read this in Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach. It made me think “am I happy” or “do I just have happy moments?” I believe that I have happy moments but contentment is probably where I am at most of the time.

A piece of Happiness

I will continue to read this book daily to work on me getting back to happy as a norm instead of a moment at a time.

Flower of the Day

“There are always flowers for those who want to see them”

Photographing any type of flower equals happiness to me.  I love the smell of their fragrance, the feel of their petals, and of course their color.  It all has a calming effect on me by allowing me to get lost in their beauty.
