To be a kid again!

 

I am so glad that we moved out of that apartment.  Arai is such and outdoors kid.  He loves playing in water, collecting rocks of all sizes and colors,  and walking outside with no shoes.  If we let him he would be in just his underwear.

DNA in an Abstract Kinda Way

An oil and water mix that, in my opinion, looks a bit like DNA.

I did some abstract art in the summer and it turned out ok but not as crisp as this new set of pictures.

W.O.W Butterflies (2)

I forgot to add these pictures to the previous W.O.W Butterflies post.

This is what greeted us as we arrived at WOW (World of Wings).

I have already planned to go back so that I can see this art piece with some nice green grass reflecting on the wings.

Abstract Art (2)

Another suggestion on You Tube was to use water, oil & food coloring.  So here goes my first attempt.

I like the where this is going but I definitely need to learn more about my camera (shutter speed and aperture) and at some point I need to invest in a better macro lenses.
