What Now!?
Gardening is a great learning experience, exciting to watching as the seeds begin to grow and form identifible vegetables, and it has been a very relaxing time for me.
With all the YouTube videos I watched and reading I did, I did not pay to attention to the negative things that could happen in any garden.
You already know about the gopher/groundhog well now I have caterpillars that are eating up my cabbage.
I had a total of 11 caterpillars on my cabbage leaves. Another Sugar Honey Ice Tea moment. Needless to say I did some quick reading and bought some BT (Bacillus thuringiensis) fromAmazon that will be here tomorrow.
I will be pruning off all the leaves that have been eaten and hope the rest will be ok once I apply the BT.
Do any of you Gardners out there recommend any natural way of ridding the garden of these pesky pest?
Thanks for visiting!
