Agreed. You’re such a positive person. I am getting tired of having to repeat things over and over again. Just made a payment on-line. System crashed and I don’t know whether the payment’s been done. And I have to wait 5 minutes for security reasons before I can reconnect. And I have an appointment in 10. Grrrrr!
