Like I said: to have such a wonderful place for a lunch-break is amazing. Just looking around must cleanse you of all the morning’s aggravation and charge battery for the remainder of the afternoon. Lucky you.
(I could spend hours just looking at nature and would probably get back late to work)

Lol i am late going back almost everyday. It does indeed help to cleanse my mind. I work for a mortgage company trying to help people save their home when in reality we all know that the l they need to sell as they can no longer afford it. Not usually a good conversation.

It is difficult. A heartbreak for many people right? I thought this had… eased out a bit after the 2008 crisis?

It has gotten better as far as people finding new work but the new job usually pays much less. So they can no longer afford that mortgage payment and the other bills.

Yeah. It’s what I heard. In many cases, the hourly rate is bottom line, hours are limited, people have to get 2 sometimes 3 jobs to make ends meet. ๐ฆ

And these are stories I hear all day. The lake offers relaxation of the mind.

I understand. So you are in some kind of a “counseling” position where you hear heart-breaking stories all the time. hard on one’s heart. Enjoy the lake.

And I’m glad you enjoy it. There are so many ugly places no one cares about, and so few nice spots…
