Finally a great sign!

On 10/4/14 the WP Photo Challenge was signs.  In October the price for a gallon of regular gas was $2.95.  Sightly over 2 months later the price for gas had dropped down to $1.99.  YA YA!! We have not seen prices this low in many years.  It is something how price can drop down so much when governments argue.

Will the price go up again once they kiss and make up?? (I do understand that it is more complicated than this.)

This also doubles as a Throw back Thursday post.

And it continues to drop!

And it continues to drop!

What are the gas prices like in your area?

  1. We had regular at $1.69/gallon the other day.

  2. I saw $2.15 here in NH yesterday. I wish it would stay at this level, but as you said it is more complicated and I’m guessing it will go right back up before long.

  3. I remember when gas hit $1.00 a gallon and everybody freaked. Man I feel old, when I look at these signs and see ‘cheap’ gas.

  4. Lovely choice of photos, Robin. My favorite is the log pile.

  5. Gas by the litre is nice ‘n cheap here too… woohoo! It’s nice to catch a break at the pumps, though the economy suffers 🙂 ♥ ❤
