Weekly Photo Challenge – Twisted

This weeks photo challenge is TWISTED.

Wisteria can grow wild when it is not trimmed and maintained.  When it is allowed to grow as it desires it climbs and twist on whatever is closest.

This Wisteria is growing on a railing that leads towards the lower level of my mothers home.  It has been allowed to grow as it please and as a result it has created a canopy over the stairs and it is twisted thru all the rungs of the railing.

  1. A very interesting plant. You can never predict how much and where it will twist and turn its way up too. The Wisteria at your mother’s home has very green leaves. Someone must be watering it well 🙂
